A triquetra is a pointed triskelion.
The word "triquetra" is from the Latin triquetrus meaning three-cornered or triangular.
The word "triskelion" is from the Greek triskeles meaning "three-legged."
(December 5, 2025) The earliest Triskelions were three combined Druid spirals used to represent the motion power pantheon of Su, Selu/Selene, and Thu. Selu (also called Selene meaning "powers of Selu") was the celestial light goddess representing the power of fate as defined by the night sky. Su was the dark new moon god and father time. He was associated with astrology magic used to shift the fate defined by Selene. Thu was the genderless (or hermaphrodite) deity associated with human emotions and emotion magic. All of these are motion sources.

(Aug 27, 2023) This bronze ritual bowl was found in Fundeni, Bucharest, Romania along the Danube/Rhine rivers trade route which defined Europe. So no telling where this was made.
Fundeni is a district in Sector 2 of Bucharest, Romania. It is situated in the northeastern outskirts of the city, on the left bank of the Colentina River, downstream of Plumbuita Monastery, and near the Fundeni Lake that was formed on the river.

(December 9, 2024) Rodney's Stone is a 2 meter high stone now located close on the approach way to Brodie Castle, near Forres, Moray, Scotland. It was found in 1781 while laying the foundations for a new church in Dyke and Moy. The symbol inscriptions are:

Spiral Triskelion
Triple Moons - Similar to the modern triple-moon sign but using full moons instead of the crescent moons. The dark new moon is the Druid deity Su (motion power), while the full moons represent the celestial light goddess Selu/Selene (motion-power). Crescent moons in the ancient Druid culture actually represent the connective life power goddess Ayu who edits the life threads of the life network.

(December 8, 2024, updated February 3, 2025) York Banner Penny also mistakenly called the Raven Banner Penny minted around 942 CE. The left image shows an owl wing while the right image shows a triquetra. Photo from Tom Horn via Bluesky at: https://bsky.app/profile/hornesupremacy.bsky.social
These coins were minted during the reign of Norse-Gaelic Olaf Sihtricson who was the king of Jórvík (York region of Britain) between 941-944 CE before also becoming king of Dublin between 945-947 and 952-980 CE.

Besides the letter assignments being wrong and the sentences starting in the wrong place, the word assignments are still mostly names which is a linguistic cheat because names can cluster any set of letters. Also the word "Olaf" is not "Anlaf" because of the /n/. Even with all this slight of hand they still arbitrarily change the last "C" in Cununc to a "G."

Images of a sick sun (Druid god Hu) causing drought became ever more abstract and mythologized over time eventually becoming the Gorgon. The snakes represent fate.
This is called the Winged Gorgoneion because the center sick sun image became the Gorgon of Greek myth. It is dated between 500 and 600 BCE. It was found during archaeological excavations on the north wall of Olympia Stadium, located east of the Zeus shrine.
What is significant here is that the sick sun is surrounded by a winged triskelion which adds the motion powers to the life powers represented by Hu.
The upper right wing is a reconstruction as it was broken off from the original. It is now in the Olympia Museum number B110.
This shows its scale. It is interpreted as being the decoration on a ceremonial wooden shield.
